I have had a strong passion for Real Estate as long as I can remember. Over the years in my career I have striven to create the home buying experience joyful, professional and as seamless as possible. I am very confident in my skills and I love to build relationships with my clients.

As a native of Kernersville, NC, Real Estate was inherited in my blood. My grandmother, Shirley Hage, developed and sold Real Estate in the triad for over 30 years being one of the few agents to win the Legend Circle Award and was 1% in the nation for top producer.My grandfather was a builder/developer and helped grow Kernersville during 1970's-1990's.

I am married to Scott Mabe, a native of Greensboro, NC and we have a little girl named Kennedy Grace who keeps us on our toes. We also have 2 fur babies, named Ellie and Bailey and have a strong passion for rescue animals.

 

 

 

 

I believe a house is a material object, but a home is a foundation for love and family.

Moving across the country with 2 small children and 2 dogs is a pretty daunting process. We knew that the quicker we got settled into a home, the better it would ultimately be for the kids. It pretty much seemed impossible to get everything done quickly enough to make this happen. Looking back, we first started looking at houses just 28 days prior to closing. With 1 day notice, I flew in and you lined up 12 houses to visit in a day. Then as a last minute plan change, you lined up another 12 for the following day. While looking through 24 homes in 2 days, you were quick to point out thinks we may not like. You were also very cognizant of what Gretchen wanted in a home, even though she wasn’t present for the house hunting. In the offer process you encouraged us to ask for aggressive discounts and concessions if the pricing dictated it. It really felt like you were on our side during the negotiation process(which is a first for me in working with Real Estate Agents). Though the seller’s agent was not very quick to respond, you were able to hustle them to the table. Then you ran point on the many inspections as well as any needed repairs. From 1250 miles away, I don’t know how I could have gotten this done without you doing the bulk of the work. Even up until the day of closing, you were still wrapping up various last minute items. Overall, we could not have had a better home-buying experience. You truly worked for us the entire time, always keeping our best interest at heart. You had to jump through hoops throughout the process to make everything happen as efficiently as possible. It feels like a miracle that it was all accomplished within a 28 day window; and this is all because of you.
